Community Rules

These Rules are taken very seriously. Dependent upon the rule being broken, infractions can lead to Warnings, 15-Day Temp Bans, and/or Permanent Bans. Decisions are at the discretion of the Mod Team.

Not knowing the rules is not an excuse for breaking them.

Our rules are written with care and attention and are taken seriously. Depending upon the severity of the infraction, the rule-breaker may receive a warning, a temporary ban, and/or a permanent ban. All infractions are reviewed in detail and the resulting consequences are at the discretion of the Mod Team. Bans are never made lightly but will be issued when the mod team deems the infraction serious enough or after repeated warnings without change. For the health of the community and the server, the Mod team reserves the right to make judgment calls for any situation not clarified or covered by these rules.

Bans are the result of a serious infraction, however, Impulse and the mod team understand that all of us are human. Impulse strongly believes in second chances and chooses to show compassion to those who have made mistakes in the past. If you believe you were banned in error, or you have considered your actions and believe you could rejoin the community peacefully, please make a ban appeal by contacting a moderator. Depending on the circumstances surrounding your ban, it may take a long time to come to a decision. A moderator will reach out to you to acknowledge your appeal and keep you updated on the decision process.

In addition to the Discord Rules on the previous page, there are specific rules for the Minecraft servers. Please review and familiarize yourself with them.
