Minecraft Servers

Lovingly referred to as iSV, the Minecraft server is accessible to all Patreon supporters at the USD$10 tier or higher.

The iSV Minecraft Servers are divided into the Survival (SMP) world, the Creative world, and the Event server.

iSV is primarily a survival multi-player (SMP) world that operates on a seasonal schedule. Each season lasts roughly 16-24 months, however this is variable depending on Minecraft updates and community engagement and feedback. New seasons are always announced with ample time.

To assist in some of the shortcomings of vanilla Minecraft, iSV uses an assortment of third party plugins and datapacks. Plugins are typically used to reduce lag, add high-demand features, or for moderation purposes. For this reason, there is sometimes a delay in updating to the newest version of Minecraft upon release. The admin team regularly monitors and stress tests vital plugins to ensure iSV updates come with minimal hiccups.

Creative World The iSV Creative World can be accessed from within the SMP. The portal to access the Creative world can be found at Spawn.

The creative world is divided into four areas:

Ozland: Lovingly named after our favourite redstone wizard and admin, Ozphilo, this is where redstone builds can be creatively designed and tested in the iSV environment.

InspireSV: Occasionally Impulse asks for inspiration from his supporters - when he does, this is where those builds will be made. Please note that this area is not for personal builds that you think will inspire Impulse. Instead, they must first be requested by him.

Community Co-Op: A place to plan community build projects. Plots can only be claimed by a member of staff, however anyone can build. If you wish to use Community Co-Op, please put your request in Ask-A-Mod in Discord.

Pulse Check: Available to USD $15+ Patrons, this is the creative space where players can work on their own creative builds.

Event Server Occasionally iSV will host a short-term event server. These events typically last 1-3 months and feature a new style of Minecraft gameplay such as Skyblock, Hardcore, or modded Minecraft. Event servers are not always live so make sure to follow announcements to receive updates when an event server is going to happen!
