Guidelines for grievances against a member of staff.

Staff Grievances should be handled in this order when the need arises

  1. First collect yourself and your thoughts, when you are calm, speak with the person and see if common ground can be made or perhaps there is miscommunication or a misunderstanding was made.

  2. Seek a member of the moderator community to help with conflict resolution.

  3. If the grievance is with another moderator seek the moderation team lead AshleyCloud

  4. If all these steps have been completed contact the RCI Team Manager RillSoji
