Streaming and Content Creation

Many members in the community are also content creators. If you wish to stream from the iSV Minecraft server, or have any questions about content creation feel free to ask in Content Creation channels

Self Promotion Can I self-promote my channels and content?

Yes! You can show off your channel over in ⁠channel-share.

If you make Youtube content and you've released a new video, share it in ⁠video-share.

If you are a live-streamer and you're about to go live, share the link in ⁠go-live.

Avoid spamming and refrain from sharing the same links or content repeatedly.

While creating content on the server: All regular server rules apply Be family friendly. If your content is not family friendly, make sure you state this in any links you post with your content.

As a viewer: Respect creators' personal time and space. Everyone pays to play on this server and we aim for everyone to have a good experience. Be respectful to creators. Avoid distractions or harassing behaviours such as messaging the player in game, intentionally de-railing streams, and anything else that may take up the creator's time.

Unless otherwise permitted by the creator, please give space and allow them to play how they wish without interruption.

Please ask a creator if you can hang out and/or help with a project before jumping in. If the creator is using the iSV voice chat channels, do not join unless invited.

Avoid any spammable and distracting sounds, such as trident tossing, firework launching, and other noise making tomfoolery.

If you are a creator and have a complaint about someone in the community not respecting your time or space, please contact a moderator. Take screenshots when possible.
