Nether Hub and Tunnels
Moderators: Ozphilo
Nether hub and all main tunnels will be at y:90
Personal Tunnels:
Maximum Gap of 13 blocks, (15 blocks wall-to-wall build width max)
Poles will be placed throughout the tunnels to mark where you can design your tunnels
These poles must not be moved or destroyed
Your tunnel must fit within the poles
Must be spawn proofed before opening to the main hubways
You will be provided an iron door as entrance into your tunnel until it is properly spawn
proofed
You will need guide or mod approval before opening up your tunnel to the main
hubways and getting rid of your iron door
You may change out the door for whatever entrance you'd like, as long as no mobs
can go through it.
Tunnels must connect to the closest main nether hubways in a straight line, no
meandering tunnels
No tunnels between tunnels connecting bases
Cannot obstruct the main nether hubway
Entity counts in tunnel must be under 10.
Any personal nether farms aside from trading piglins cannot be in, above, or below your personal nether tunnel. All such farms must be in a nether base.
Trading piglins are included in this limit (max 2).
We recommend redeeming a mod coin for a non-zombifying piglin to be
spawned into your overworld base.
Tunnel Bores may be 5 pods maximum per loaded area.
We reserve the right to remove tunnels not properly connected to the main nether
tunnel hubways.
The owner of a tunnel is whoever constructs it originally. Modifications with the tunnel
must be taken up with the owner.
Personal Nether Portals must be at y:90 and linked correctly - if you need assistance
please contact a guide
Tunnels may be built from bedrock to bedrock as long as the portal is at y:90
Personal Nether Pods
This is something new this season! For people who want a nether roof exit instead of being confined to the tunnels, as well as freedom to place your portal on any Y level.
Pods may only be 15 blocks wide
Portals may be at any height (y level) bedrock to bedrock.
Pods must be spawn proofed and ladders must be surrounded so it is safe.
Slime is recommended at the base of your ladder for safety of you and your guests
Ice roads will be built in the cardinal directions of North, South, East, and West. You
may *not* place an additional ice path to your pod, but you may mark the direction of your pod with carpet linking up to an ice path. (This will help your friends navigate the nether roof to find your base and visit! (with permission of course!)
Nether farms may not be built near or above the hub or main tunnels. If the farm can be loaded by players in the hub or tunnels, it is too close (8 chunks).
